Online video study by Qumu

Qumu, an online video platform provider, published some interesting results from a survey conducted on 2,361 adult users over the course of 3 days in September. Apparently, the leading trend in online videos is that most people find them to be getting more offensive, with a 34% response rate. Following that was more sexual at 28%, and pervasive at 21%.

Also, the data shows more men have viewed videos (92%) than women (88%), and while at work people say corporate videos should feature experts (40%) instead of stars (26%). Overall, 84% of American adults have watched online videos. The full data is available in their press release.
