Gears of War 3 behind the scenes video

Autodesk posted a video looking at how Gears of War was created using the Unreal engine and Autodesk tools such as 3DS MAX. The various interviews talk about the challenges, the pipeline they settled on, and how their process progressed using tools like Flash and Scaleform. Check out the somewhat promotional video below.
